WHAT ARE YOUR BOOKING AND SALON POLICIES?
Please review our terms and conditions of service here. Terms and conditions, or booking and salon policies, apply to any person using our booking site or services.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR AVAILABILITY?
Our availability can be found on our booking page here. Once you have selected your preferred treatment with us, you will be directed on to our availability. Please note, our diary opens only 2 months ahead of today. If you can not find a suitable appointment, or would like to book further in advance than our booking site allows, please contact us here.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES GEORGIA ELLA BEAUTY ACCEPT?
Booking Fee: Card payment is accepted to secure your appointment with Georgia Ella Beauty. A booking fee is non-refundable. See terms & conditions of booking fees here.
Remaining amount: The remaining amount is due at the salon on the day of your appointment. We accept cash only. If Cash is not available, there is an additional administrative charge for card payment.
DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?
Yes, we cannot service you without a patch test being completed by us, on site, at least 48 hours before your planned treatment. You are responsible for booking a patch test according to the treatment you are having. This can be booked on our booking site for free. If you cannot see an available time, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate you.

A patch test is not required for makeup services, or a brow wax.
Where a patch test is not completed, we will look to complete parts of the service that do not require a patch test, however you still owe the full treatment amount. More information on terms and conditions can be found here.
CAN I BOOK MY BRIDAL MAKEUP ON YOUR BOOKING SITE?
Unfortunately, we do not accept bridal makeup bookings via our online booking system due to the specific details and nuances of wedding services. Please visit our bridal home page here for all the information you may need, and to complete a booking form.

DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE DEALS ON TREATMENTS?
DO YOU SELL AFTERCARE PRODUCTS?
We have aftercare available for the treatments we offer, at affordable prices.
We offer oil free & cruelty free cleanser for lashes and makeup at £10.
A kit is available to purchase with a; cleansing brush, lash combing brush, fan, cleanser and complimentary face mask for £15.
Lastly, we offer a lash and brow conditioning oil at £3.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
For health and safety, and insurance purposes, we cannot allow additional unserviced persons in the studio. There is also no appropriate seating to allow for this. Please arrive alone for our appointment.
DO YOU HAVE GIFT VOUCHERS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
Yes, we have gift vouchers available to purchase here. You can add a custom or pre-selected amount, write a message, and email it to your recipient for a time you wish. Terms and conditions apply.
DOES GEORGIA ELLA BEAUTY HAVE A LOYALTY REWARD SCHEME?
We recently introduced a loyalty reward scheme. Now you can earn points for every appointment you attend, and redeem them against future appointments!
