Who would've guessed? 2024 starts with a bang.

For those that already know us, hello and welcome! It's nice to see you here on our new journey. And for anyone just finding us, it's nice to meet you, I'm Georgia! This is a great chance to get to know one another.

Big Risks & Getting Started

Georgia Ella Beauty started in 2020, and has since flourished more than I could've imagined.

I started in the beauty industry in quite an unorthodox way, having built my salon (or now aptly named and adopted the 'hut', or 'studio' - if im feeling fancy) from the ground up, without any clientele at all. In fact, I had a salon before I'd even announced my opening!

I realise now this was a big risk. I could've absolutely hated the new path I'd chosen.. career wise.. not the literal patch choice.

However, I'm grateful to say I've a supportive family and handy-man Dad who helped me follow my beauty provider dreams. He quite literally built my salon with his own hands. For any new-comers, we are a community very fond of 'Handy-man John'.

The 'Hut', The 'Studio', The 'Salon'

At the time it felt like the right move, and I don't regret the decision. I never saw myself thriving in a typical salon environment, as I struggle to work in loud or busy environments. And really, I've always been more of an independent gal.

It's paid off, as I'm yet to find a customer seeking the aforementioned conditions for their makeup, brow and lash treatments either (who wants to walk into a busy salon of female strangers with NO makeup on?!)

My first passion was makeup, and knowing I wanted to take this career seriously, I enrolled onto a year long intensive makeup artistry course to learn everything there is to know about applying makeup professionally. Since completing my makeup course, and loving every moment, we - as in 'me', have adapted into other areas of beauty such as brow laminations, lash lifts and lash extensions.

Feeling A Sense of Achievement

Since establishing the business in 2020, I can reflect on so many rewarding moments that I have been lucky enough to share with my amazing clients.

In 2023, we were nominated for a beauty award by the UK Hair and Beauty Awards (HBA UK), titled 'Makeup Artist of The Year 2024' of which we are Finalists! We hope to find out more soon, so keep your eyes peeled as we'll be sure to keep you updated!

Since opening, we have built a strong clientele of whom we have amazing rapport. We've been blessed to learn how much our work can bring joy to those who never thought they could achieve the results they have with us.

Throughout this career we have definitely grown into our own niche... our own little corner in the beauty world, and we pride ourselves on the bespoke, unique and natural results we offer our customers. There is no one size fits all at Georgia Ella Beauty, and we truly care about the client experience.

I always have the goals and desired outcome of a client in mind, often consulting on the smallest details where it matters, or utilising my knowledge and experience when I hear, 'I trust you to do your thing'. So much so, client's have converted that new brow shape I gave them into long lasting semi permanent makeup!

I didn't want to say this, and in all honestly..I still dont.. It's going to be hard, but..

It's time to say goodbye for now. It's been fun. For some of us just meeting, this could be our first goodbye, but it's not our last hello (remember that booking link?).
