Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT IN PERSON: Payment is CASH only; administrative fees for other methods apply. PAYMENT ONLINE: You can opt to pay in full online with no additional fees. Please note where you opt to pay online, a gift voucher for the refundable amount (after cancellation fee) will be provided in the case of a cancellation. CANCELLING: A cancellation fee of at least 50% applies to all bookings made. (This is due to the removal of our 50% upfront & non-refundable booking fees that allows clients to book more without a large upfront cost). An 80% cancellation fee applies where cancelling your appointment within 48 hours. 100% cancellation fee applies for non-attendance without providing prior notice. TO CANCEL: Cancel via 'my bookings' on your account. TO RESCHEDULE: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. Please contact us directly to reschedule. The booking can be transferred one time to another date within 2 months of the initial appointment; further rescheduling requests will not be allowed for that booking, and a cancellation fee will apply.
